ServiceLead ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses personal information solely to provide and operate the ServiceLead platform and its features.

Information We Collect

When users create an account or connect third-party services, ServiceLead may collect basic account information and integration-related data required to provide scheduling, booking, and workflow functionality.

If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, we may access calendar data strictly for the purpose of syncing appointments, displaying availability, preventing scheduling conflicts, and enabling booking-related features within ServiceLead. We do not access unrelated Google data such as email, contacts, files, or content outside of calendar functionality.

ServiceLead also supports integrations with other calendar and scheduling providers. Depending on the provider, users may be asked to authorize access via OAuth or securely provide API keys or access credentials. These credentials are used only to establish and maintain the requested integration.

How We Use Information

Information is used exclusively to operate features explicitly initiated by the user, including calendar syncing, booking visibility, and scheduling coordination. ServiceLead does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data and connected credentials. Access to third-party services is limited to the minimum permissions required for functionality.

User Control

All integrations are optional. Users may disconnect any connected calendar or scheduling service at any time, which revokes ServiceLead's access to that data. Users may also revoke access directly through the third-party provider's account settings.
