By accessing or using ServiceLead, you agree to these Terms of Service. ServiceLead provides software tools that help service-based businesses manage leads, bookings, scheduling, and calendar integrations. ServiceLead acts solely as a workflow and integration platform and does not provide messaging, calendar, or booking services directly.
ServiceLead allows users to optionally connect third-party services, including calendar and scheduling providers such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings, Calendly, and similar platforms. Any integrations are initiated voluntarily by the user and are governed by the terms and policies of the respective third-party providers.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, for maintaining the security of their accounts, and for safeguarding any access credentials or API keys they choose to connect to the platform. ServiceLead is not responsible for third-party service availability, data accuracy, or interruptions outside of its control.
Use of the ServiceLead platform is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
